Mindfulness Meditation: Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, in the “here and now”, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness teaches us that we are not our thoughts, and can lights up parts of our brains that aren’t normally activated when we’re mindlessly running on autopilot.
Guided Healing Meditation: this practice will be designed according to your specific needs. These meditations involve the profound connection between mind and body and are a very powerful tool for healing. Healing meditations are a daily spiritual practice, very helpful for anyone struggling to overcome any concern or disorder, like for example depression, addictions, stress, burn-out, insomnia, etc
Yoga Nidra: unlike more classic meditation techniques, Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. It’s one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight.
All these programs are designed to give you the needed awareness and protocols to be able to continue by your own, once back home.
