YOGA FLOW is a gentle yet empowering practice of yoga, designed to mindfully rejuvenate and sustain muscle tone, flexibility and general body health. A 60 minutes class, pen to all levels – 15 Euros/class or 40 Euros/month.

YOGA FOR SENIORS (group) is a regenerative practice, open to all who want to keep moving, stretching, and to stay fit and active. Chosen postures, specific breathing exercises and techniques, make this class particularly focused on the main body ageing challenges, as we work primarily on freeing the joints, increasing naturally the flow of energy and beneficial fluids in the body – ideal to fight against chronic health issues, back pain, joints issues like arthritis, and more… A 60 minutes class – 15 Euros/class or 40 Euros/month.

If you have a more serious health issue, Yoga Therapy is a one-to-one class, and will be designed according to your situation and personal health needs, in order to treat, cure, or give the needed support to your health condition(s). For more details, click here  

TANTRA YOGA classes are especially designed to tune with your life energy: through movements (yoga postures), conscious breathing and mindfulness, you will experience how to safely explore your own world of sensations, and control the flow of creative energy. A 75 minutes class, open to new comers and more advanced practitioners – 15 Euros/class or 40 Euros/month.

TANTRA YOGA EVENINGS evolve around breath and energy work (solo & with a partner), especially designed yoga sequences (including partner yoga), cleansing rituals, mindfulness & intimacy activities, among others.

After the practice (about 2 hours), we will share a tea. If you have time, as a good way to build up a community, you can stay and share a dinner; in that case, please come with a dish you prepared for the occasion.

You also have to possibility to stay over the weekend, as a Tantra Get-Away; in addition to yoga, energy and partners activities, the practice consists of Karma Yoga, in our case, the preparation of an aphrodisiac meal to share. It’s a beautiful opportunity to bond and appreciate each other company as we prepare a food good for our body and soul.
