Tantra Practice for new comers and more advanced practitioners

The Tantra Yoga Evening practices evolve around breath and energy work (solo & with a partner), especially designed yoga sequences (including partner yoga), cleansing rituals, mindfulness & intimacy activities, among others. After the practice (about 2 hours), we will share a tea. If you have time, as a good way to build up a community, you can stay and share a dinner; in that case, please come with a dish you prepared for the occasion.

If you choose to stay over the weekend, (Tantra Get-Away), in addition to yoga, energy and partners activities, the practice consists of Karma Yoga, in our case, the preparation of an aphrodisiac meal to share. It’s a beautiful opportunity to bond and appreciate each other company as we prepare a food good for our body and soul. We will perform a cleansing ritual before enjoying together the tasteful delights of ancient India & Middle-East.

Tantra Evening – Friday & Saturday evening, from 19:30 – 25 Euros

Tantra get-away – From Saturday 19:30 to Sunday 17:00 – 180 Euros/person or 270 Euros/couple

Tantra get-away Special Massage is designed to give you the opportunity to learn and practice massage, reconnect with your energy, your sensitivity, and connect with a partner on a deeper level.

A min-retreat of yoga, breath, energy, massage & partners work, the last evening being dedicated to giving selflessly, as we prepare an aphrodisiac meal together. After a cleansing ritual , we will enjoy the tasteful delights of ancient India & Middle-East.

This program is available all year round, for couples, as well as scheduled retreats for group.

From Monday 18:00 to Thursday 12:00 or from Thursday 18:00 to Sunday 12:00
