Being connected with Nature, or even better, immersed into it, is a healing experience by itself. But some of us do not have the luxury to do so as often as needed, especially when living in a city.
So, let’s invite Nature in!
From closed ecosystems to open jar, from planted aquarium to self-watering plants on rock or driftwood, all is possible with valid knowledge and experience. I will share the good and the bad, but more importantly, what I learned from them.
Before starting the creative process, we will begin with some yoga movements, breathing exercise and a short guided meditation to focus the mind on the task ahead. Each element of the session is designed to invite the senses within and impede the effervescence of the mind, like milestones toward a meditative state of mind.
HABITAT CREATION – A METAPHOR OF LIFE
Creating an ecosystem is one way to understand the complex relationships that sustain life on earth. Through mindfulness, you will understand how an ecosystem can life & thrive or crash & “die”; a focused mind will help you to transform actions into a meditative state of mind. Once you realize that all levels are not only connected but interdependent, you can become aware of your real impact on the rest of the world, you will be able to choose what kind of imprint you want to leave…

IKEBANA – A METAPHOR OF IMPERMANENCE
The beauty & harmony feeling of Ikebana stands as much in the result as in its realisation. You will focus on simplicity for elegance, purity for structure, expansion for harmony, and perspective for balance. As an offering, remember that Ikebana is seen from both perspectives, from the giver and the receiver, a symbol of inclusiveness.
The events are available all year round, as long as it doesn’t coincide with an on-going retreat.
