Our program is created to offer you an authentic experience in Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra, giving you access to all aspects of a physical, spiritual and healing journey, a holistic approach of Life.
Each retreat evolves around one of the main spiritual principles, to understand, embody and practice it, whether you are a total beginner or a more advanced practitioner. In that regard, the practice during the retreats gives you the opportunity to experience the Level 1 (more ritual based) and Level 2 (more spiritual oriented) of Tantra.

Each event is designed with the possibility to extend it into a whole week of practice:
– the first “part”, the retreat itself, lasts 4 days, during which we will practice, among others, yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (conscious breathing), mindfulness, guided meditation, to experience a genuine and intimate connection with yourself, and others.
– following each retreat, if you want to deepen your experience, you can join us for just an evening, or the entire weekend.
On Fridays, the “Tantra Evenings” explores breath and energy work (solo & with a partner) through yoga (including partner yoga), cleansing rituals, mindfulness & intimacy activities, among others. See more details here: https://casapantha.com/tantra-evening/
On Saturdays and Sundays, our Tantra Gate-Away isan extended practice of the Tantra Evenings. APRIL 13-16 – AYURVEDA FOR MEN – A tantric approach of sustainability. Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda are closely related, as they all promote general physical and mental healthy lifestyle. When combined together, their wisdom helps you to to improve well-being on all levels, along with a healthy & fulfilling sexuality.
APRIL 17 – TANTRA EVENING – The practice is open to new comers and more advanced practitioners and evolve around breath and energy work (solo & with a partner), especially designed yoga sequences (including partner yoga), cleansing rituals, mindfulness & intimacy activities, among others. After the practice (about 2 hours), we will share a tea.
APRIL 18-19 – TANTRA GATE-AWAY – an extended practice of the Tantra Evenings. In addition to yoga, energy and partners activities, the practice consists of Karma Yoga, in our case, the preparation of an aphrodisiac meal to share. It’s a beautiful opportunity to bond and appreciate each other company as we prepare a food good for our body and soul. We will perform a cleansing ritual before enjoying together the tasteful delights of ancient India & Middle-East.
APRIL 27-30 – AYURVEDA INDIAN MASSAGE – Learn the Secret Map of the Body Energy Pathways and how to help the energy to flow more freely.
MAY 1-3 – TANTRA GET-AWAY Special Massage is designed to give you the opportunity to learn and practice massage, reconnect with your energy, your sensitivity, and connect with a partner on a deeper level. A mini-retreat of yoga, breath, energy, massage & partners work, the last evening being dedicated to giving selflessly, as we prepare an aphrodisiac meal together. After a cleansing ritual , we will enjoy the tasteful delights of ancient India & Middle-East.
MAY 18-21 – 5 SENSES, MINDFULNESS AND INTIMACY TANTRA YOGA RETREAT. In our modern lifestyle, one of our 5 senses is the most solicited: the sight. Let’s explore the world through the perception the others ones have to offer. We will cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness throughout the entire retreat to tune in, bringing together body and mind to sense the world more fully, more intimately.
MAY 22 – TANTRA EVENING – The practice is open to new comers and more advanced practitioners and evolve around breath and energy work (solo & with a partner), especially designed yoga sequences (including partner yoga), cleansing rituals, mindfulness & intimacy activities, among others. MAY 23-24 – TANTRA GATE-AWAY – an extended practice of the Tantra Evenings. JUNE 8-11 – INTIMACY BETWEEN BODY AND SOUL TANTRA YOGA RETREAT. Body & mind, heart & soul, physical matter & subtle energy are always connected. But when one plane of existence tends to overpower the other, this link tends to fade. As it happens, we don’t experience the world fully. Let’s rejuvenate this link through movements, breath, meditation and massage.
