Secret Map of the Body Energy Pathways
Learn the basics of the traditional Ayurvedic Indian massage.
According to Ayurveda tradition, the body is a complex web of energy pathways, mapping our body through Marma points, centre of energy collecting and sending our vital energy to the entire body.
Yoga and breathing exercises will open and energize our body, preparing it to receive all the benefits of the massage.
Later on, you will learn and practice how to massage the physical body into a deep relaxation, and how to help the energy to flow more freely.
This retreat can become a full week retreat when combined with the previous one, AYURVEDA FOR MEN*
As the number of participants is limited to 6, don’t wait too long…

David is a yoga therapist and Ayurveda practitioner, trained in India and Turkey (RYT 500). Through years of practice and study of different styles of Yoga and spiritual traditions, he has developed a unique practice, with a simple and effective method of teaching,
Because David’s style is enhanced by his experience as an Ayurveda Practitioner and a Yoga therapist, each activity, from a restorative/relaxing approach to the more powerful and challenging yoga practice, is designed according to the students’ levels and needs (especially during Yoga Therapy individual sessions), creating a safe physical practice (with an emphasis on adequate body alignment & breathing) that sustains & nourishes our spiritual growth.
Spiritually inspired by the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist tradition & Shivaism Tantra, and the universality of Krishnamurti’s teachings, each practice becomes a holistic journey that cultivates awareness & acceptance, authentic and universal values that give us the opportunity to discover who we really are, and to reach our true potential.
